Pamela Scott Roberts
Ms Roberts has over 30 years experience in technology, market, financial and business assessment. She has been a senior executive in major technology corporations such as Cisco, Ericsson, Nortel Networks, Siemens and Verizon where she was responsible for competitive analysis, the identification, assessment and development of course of action for strategic business opportunities, the follow on due diligence and the development of the post transaction integration plan. Ms. Roberts has served as a Special Assistant in The White House and the Office of the Secretary of the Treasury. Ms Roberts completed post graduate work in Mergers and Acquisitions and holds and MBA, BS in Engineering and a BA in Economics. Ms. Roberts is a member of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals and the Product Development and Management Association.
Mark Goode
Mr. Goode has over 30 years experience in technology, IP assessment, out-licensing and in-licensing and information security. Mr. Goode was co-founder and served as CEO of MobileStar the first network provider of Wi-Fi deployed at Starbucks, American Airlines and Hilton Hotels. MobileStar was subsequently sold to T-Mobile. He is noted for coining the term “hot spot”. Prior to founding MobileStar, Mr. Goode formed Micronyx, a company which designed security products for personal computers. These products achieved a C2 security rating from NSA. Mr. Goode is the co-inventor of patent 4,864,616 - “Cryptographic Labeling of Secure Data”, Mr. Goode also provided consulting services to major technology clients in the areas of IP out-licensing and in-licensing. Over his career Mr. Goode has raised over $80 million in debt and eqity. Mr. Goode holds a BA in History and has done graduate studies in business.
